Led by Executive Chef Joe Mireles and James Beard-Nominated Chef Steven Brown, come experience the freshest mozzarella being kneaded, pulled, and made tableside. Chefs bring a cart over to the table, take fresh mozzarella curd, and begin heating it in salted boiling water.
