General Information
We are located in the heart of Minneapolis, just one block away from Minneapolis City Hall. Our address is 215 S 4th St, located on the corner of 4th St and 2nd Ave.
We are 11 miles from MSP International Airport with many transportation options available, including Metro Transit Light Rail (1 block from the Government Plaza Station), Metro Transit Buses, and rideshare options like Uber or Lyft.
Check-in is at 3 pm, and check-out is at 11 am. We can offer early check-in or late check-out if available but we are not able to guarantee any time.
We will refresh your room daily by replenishing amenities, removing trash, and making your bed.
We have several parking options, including valet parking. Our valet parking is available for $49/night (additional fee for oversized vehicles), and self-parking is available for $32/night. There are also other public options nearby.
Of course! Not only are pets welcome, but they stay for free at Emery! We believe pets are family and should be treated as such, meaning no restrictions other than a maximum of 2 pets/room. Check out our pet policy page here for more information.
Our standard cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to arrival unless otherwise noted in the cancellation rules at the time of booking.
Yes, we are happy to store your luggage safely at our front desk, free of charge.
Photo shoots are permitted on a case-by-case basis and must be approved and scheduled in advance to ensure that our guests are not impacted, and their privacy is protected. Please reach out to [email protected].

We are a non-smoking hotel. There is a fee if there is smoking in the rooms or public spaces.
Dining Information
We have our restaurant, Giulia, serving Northern Italian cuisine and our Spyhouse Coffee Shop and Lounge, serving coffee, breakfast, and lunch options.
Our restaurant is currently open Monday-Saturday. Our bar opens at 4pm and kitchen opens at 5pm, with both closing at 10pm. We will be expanding our hours soon, so stay up-to-date by following us @dinegiulia or signing up for our newsletter at www.dinegiulia.com.
Our Spyhouse Coffee Shop and Lounge is open Monday-Sunday starting at 7am until 5pm. We close at 2pm on Sundays.
